Working toward your degree in Home Eco-nomics, you'll learn that, every day, disposable plastic water bottles pose a serious threat to our planet. You'll also learn that the high quality of tap water within the CRD makes the purchase of bottled water both a waste of money and a threat to our environment.
This course should be of particular interest to people who cycle, run or work out regularly. Students who join the Sustainable U Facebook group will receive a reusable stainless steel Sustainable U water bottle.
